Welcome to Hollow Eleven Hair Studio. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, appointment-request system, communications, payment services, and salon services. By using the website, submitting an appointment request, confirming an appointment, providing a payment method, or opting in to receive appointment-related text messages, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and any policies presented to you during the booking or payment process.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the website, submit an appointment request, or provide a payment method.

1. Appointment Requests and Confirmations

• Appointments are subject to availability.
• Submitting an appointment request does not create or guarantee a reservation.
• An appointment is confirmed only after Hollow Eleven Hair Studio approves the request and sends a confirmation.
• Automated acknowledgments only confirm that a request was received; they are not appointment confirmations.
• We may contact you to clarify your requested service, timing, hair history, maintenance goals, or other appointment details.
• We may decline, modify, or propose a different appointment time or service when reasonably necessary.

2. Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when submitting an appointment request, communicating with the studio, or providing payment details. You are responsible for updating us if your contact information, appointment needs, or relevant service information changes.

Providing incomplete or inaccurate information may delay appointment approval, affect the services that can safely or reasonably be performed, or result in the appointment being changed or declined.

3. Services, Timing, and Pricing

Service descriptions, starting prices, and estimated appointment lengths are provided for general guidance. Final service selection, timing, and pricing may vary based on hair length, density, condition, previous color history, product usage, corrective work, desired result, and the amount of time or product reasonably required.

When reasonably possible, material changes to the requested service or expected price will be discussed before the additional work is performed. Website prices and service offerings may be updated at any time without prior notice.

4. Payment Terms

Payment for salon services is due at the completion of the appointment unless another arrangement has been expressly approved. Hollow Eleven Hair Studio is cashless and accepts approved electronic payment methods available through the studio or its payment processor.

You are responsible for all agreed charges associated with the services provided, including approved service additions, applicable cancellation or no-show fees, and any other amount you expressly authorize.

5. Payment Methods and Cards on File

By completing the card-on-file process and accepting the authorization presented during checkout, you authorize Stripe to securely save the payment method and authorize Hollow Eleven Hair Studio to initiate an off-session charge when permitted by the terms you accepted.

Authorized future charges are not recurring subscription charges. They may occur only when an amount becomes due for a specified transaction, including:

• Salon services you receive
• An agreed deposit or appointment-related payment
• An authorized late-cancellation fee
• An authorized no-show fee
• Another specific charge that you separately approve

The amount of a salon-service charge is determined by the services performed and any additions approved during the appointment. A cancellation or no-show charge is determined according to the policy in effect when you requested or confirmed the appointment and the authorization you accepted.

You agree to keep a valid payment method available when one is required. If a payment method is declined, expired, removed, disputed, or otherwise unavailable, we may request another payment method, decline to confirm an appointment, cancel a future appointment, or require payment of an outstanding balance before accepting another booking.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

At least 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment without a late-cancellation fee.

• An appointment canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged up to 50% of the scheduled service amount.
• Missing an appointment without notice may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service amount.
• The scheduled service amount may be based on the confirmed service, the reserved appointment time, and the starting or quoted price associated with that booking.
• Repeated cancellations, rescheduling, payment failures, or missed appointments may require advance payment or a deposit before future appointments are accepted.

Cancellation and no-show fees are processed manually and may be reduced or waived at Hollow Eleven Hair Studio's discretion when appropriate. A discretionary waiver on one occasion does not waive the policy for future appointments.

You will not be charged a cancellation or no-show fee when Hollow Eleven Hair Studio cancels the appointment.

7. Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time. If you arrive late, your appointment may need to be shortened, modified, or rescheduled to avoid affecting other clients. When a late arrival prevents the scheduled service from being completed, the circumstances may be treated as a late cancellation or missed appointment under the policy disclosed at the time of booking.

8. Appointment Changes and Service Limitations

The service performed may differ from the service originally requested when reasonably necessary due to timing, hair condition, prior chemical history, safety considerations, achievable results, or information learned during consultation.

Hollow Eleven Hair Studio may decline or stop a service when we reasonably believe it cannot be performed safely, cannot be completed within the reserved time, is outside the services offered, or would not reasonably produce an acceptable result.

9. Right to Refuse or Discontinue Service

Hollow Eleven Hair Studio may refuse, discontinue, or decline to rebook service when reasonably necessary for safety, health, harassment prevention, nonpayment, repeated policy violations, threatening or abusive conduct, fraudulent activity, or another legitimate business reason permitted by law.

10. Website Use

You may use this website only for lawful, personal purposes related to learning about Hollow Eleven Hair Studio, requesting appointments, and communicating with the studio.

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, fraudulent, or unauthorized information
• Impersonate another person or use another person's payment method without permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, booking system, or connected services
• Interfere with the security, operation, or availability of the website
• Use automated tools to scrape, copy, overload, or misuse the website
• Use the website or its content for an unlawful purpose

11. SMS Messaging Terms

SMS consent applies only to Hollow Eleven Hair Studio. Appointment messages are informational and are not permission to send unrelated promotional messages.

12. Opting Out of Text Messages

You may opt out of appointment-related text messages at any time by replying STOP. You may receive one final message confirming your opt-out.

Opting out of text messages does not automatically cancel an appointment, appointment request, outstanding balance, or payment authorization. You remain responsible for contacting Hollow Eleven Hair Studio directly if you need to cancel or change an appointment.

13. Email and Electronic Communications

By providing an email address or mobile number, you agree that we may send service-related communications electronically. You are responsible for keeping your contact information current and for reviewing appointment confirmations, policy disclosures, receipts, and other notices sent to the contact information you provide.

14. Third-Party Services

Our website and operations may depend on third-party providers, including website hosts, calendar services, email providers, payment processors, mapping services, and messaging providers. Your use of certain features may also be subject to the third party's terms and privacy practices.

Hollow Eleven Hair Studio does not control and is not responsible for a third party's independent services, security practices, outages, processing delays, or terms.

15. Intellectual Property

The Hollow Eleven Hair Studio name, branding, logos, graphics, photographs, service descriptions, website design, and original written content are owned by or licensed to Hollow Eleven Hair Studio and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties

21. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute that is not otherwise resolved must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction serving Collin County, Texas, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

22. Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

23. No Waiver

A delay or failure to enforce any provision of these Terms & Conditions does not waive the right to enforce that provision or any other provision later.
